Prices are for unfurnished properties.

Prices include cleaning products and equipment. 

Prices include 1 additional room (i.e., living room) and 1 bathroom and windows inside. 

For any other extra rooms, there is an additional cost of £40 per room and £50 per bathroom. 

For cleaning windows outside there's a charge of £10 per window. 

Appliances cleaning:

£15 - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher 

£35 - fridge

£45 - oven

We offer a 10% discount on carpet washing if it's booked together with end of tenancy cleaning.
